As the founder of Sidrlabs and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Karen combines professional coaching expertise with 15+ years of experience across Business & Tech at Deloitte, L’Oréal, and Aesop.
Her own career has been shaped by change. She has deliberately pivoted across Sales, Operations, and Digital & Tech, relocated internationally, and built side ventures. She brings that firsthand experience of career change into her work with clients.
At Aesop, Karen was Global Head of Digital Operations and a member of the Aesop Digital & Tech Global Leadership Team. She led e-commerce operations strategy across 15+ markets and guided a team of 100+ people across key markets including the US, UK, Australia, Germany, France, and Japan. French-Australian, Karen is currently based in the Netherlands.
